Terms And Conditions
All Staff Party 2023: Water World, August 26, 2023, 19.00-03.00 International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow | 9, Galicyjska Street, Krakow
The following Terms and Conditions are in effect during the Event called All Staff Party 2023: Water World, after referred to as “Event”. “Event Organizer” refers to Blu Experience Sp. Z O. O. ul. Długa 74/7, 31-146 Kraków, POLSKA

- Participation in the Event is voluntary.
- Participation in the Event is open for the employees of Shell Poland (SBO Krakow and Shell Warsaw) and SBO Krakow contractors). The possibility to participate in the event is available to those individuals who are under employment contract (Shell Staff) or in cooperation (contractors) with Shell Poland on August 26, 2023. The event is organized just for above groups (without accompanying person).
- All Event Participants are obliged to register on the Event Participation List prior to the Event respecting the timeline of registration (by August 18, 2023, midnight). Registration will be conducted through an external platform. The link to the platform will be sent to employees through email communication from a functional mailbox. All information regarding data storage will be provided on the registration platform.
- Transport to and from the event is not provided by the organizers.
- It is not recommend arriving at the event by participant’s own car. The recommended means of transportation is either a taxi or public transportation.
- Parking will not be provided by the organizers.
- All Event Participants are obliged to respect and follow the Terms and Conditions as well as regulations of International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow.
- Failure to comply with the regulations will result in the necessity to leave the event.
- All Event Participants are required to:
a. Familiarize themselves with the plan of the Event Area, including the location of emergency routes and exits
b. Immediately inform Security Officers upon spotting an open fire, life threatening situation or any potentially dangerous situation
- All Event Participants must be aware it is necessary take good care of the equipment used to organize the Event, be it provided by the Event Organizer, their subcontractors or the owner of International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow.
- The Event Organizer is responsible for:
a. Employing Security Officers
b. Providing Medical assistance
- The Event Participants are obliged to follow the instruction given by Security Officers. All health-related situations requiring medical support must be immediately reported to the nearest security officer.
- The Event Organizer does not take responsibility for the property left on the premises of International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow.
- Lost & Found Office will be available during the Event in the designated area at reception desk. Items from Lost & Found Office will be available 30 days at Internal Communications Adviser desk (Ruby 1st floor, sector A).
- Event Participants identification:
- Each Event Participant will be identified upon showing identification card with photo (ID card, driving license, passport). Only individuals possessing a valid ID with picture will be admitted to the premises of the event provided their name is on the Event Participants List.
- At the entrance each Event Participant will receive identification bracelet with coupons for drinks. Participants cannot take the bracelet off and then put it back on, it has a one-time security clip.
- In case of a lost identification bracelet, the participant is obliged to apply for a duplicate to the Reception Desk at the entrance (the duplicate does not have drink vouchers).
- Shell identification badge is NOT a valid ID and must not be carried in on the premises of the Event.
- Leaving the event (leaving the parking area) is equivalent to ending the event for a participant. The wristband of such a participant will be cut by security at the exit. Re-entry to the event will not be possible.
- The Organizer has a right to deny entry to the premises to people who:
a. Refuse to undergo the identification process in accordance with the procedure described in point 15
b. Are drunk, under the visible influence of alcohol, drugs, psychotropic drugs or other similarly active substances;
c. Have a weapon or other objects, materials, wares, potions, resources or substances referred to at the point 26 of these Terms and Conditions;
d. Act aggressively, provocatively or otherwise pose a threat to public order or security
- The decision whether an object is dangerous or not belongs to the Security Officers and is not to be questioned.
- Should there appear a suspicion that someone is in possession of prohibited items, the Event Service Officers are entitled to conduct a luggage review of individuals entering or leaving the Event premises.
- Objects prohibited by these Terms and Regulations (including alcohol) will not be accepted into deposit.
- Catering:
a. Alcoholic beverages are issued only on the basis of vouchers
b. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are available in the buffet form
c. No external alcohol is not allowed on the premises and will be taken by security. Confiscated beverages will not be returned and will be disposed of after the end of the event
d. Bringing food onto the event premises is prohibited
e. The catering company provides an allergen list for every item on the menu on request of the Event Participant (list available at the publishing station)
f. Purchasing additional food, drinks and alcohol will not be possible during the Event
g. The Event Organizer is not liable for any food products brought onto the premises by the participants - The following are forbidden on the Event premises:
a. carrying weapons, items and objects that may endanger life or health
b. entering and using pyrotechnics, firecrackers, fireworks, and other similar materials
c. burning fire
d. bringing alcohol
e. bringing animals
f. bringing recreational equipment such as balls, sports rackets
g. smoking and using electronic cigarettes (except for a designated area)
h. using the attractions of International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow in a manner incompatible with their intended purpose, jeopardizing the Participant’s safety or risking destroying the facilities and / or attractions
i. accessing the areas of International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow which have been closed to the Event Participants and any other prohibited areas (marked with warning tape)
j. accessing the venue drunk, under the visible influence of alcohol, drugs, psychotropic drugs or other similarly active substances
- The event takes place from 19:00 to 03:00. There is no possibility of staying on Event premises after the Event finishes.
- Smoking and electronic cigarettes are only allowed in designated areas. The rest of the premises is a fully non-smoking zone.
- The event can be canceled by the organizer at any time without giving a reason, particularly in the event of force majeure or any random events that could endanger the safety of property or individuals.
- Event Participants who do not follow the rules of these Terms and Regulations will be asked to leave the venue.
